Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick

Synopsis:

The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past...bridged two irreconcilable worlds...faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust...and all for a love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth. Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for—and their love—forever

Review:
I was excited to crack open this book, it was not long before I had finished the cliff hanger ending of the second and was throwing it down in frustration that I scrambled for Silence. I think one of the best aspects of this story was that no matter what Patch did or tried to do, the two always found their way back together. It is like the Chinese proverb that talks about the red thread of destiny.
Another amusing aspect was that Nora just could not seem to stay out trouble no matter what she did and as usual Patch always rode in on the proverbial white stead as her white knight.

rating: 5
Favorite Charrie: Scott, he risked so much just to help her.
